Lisa Boudreaux is by far the most unethical attorney practicing law in Baton Rouge or possible the State of Louisiana. She doesn't return phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I gave her thousands of dollars of which I later found that I was grossly overcharged. When I first hired Boudreaux she urged me to act as if I was terrified of my exe husband and file a fictticious protective order against him which would give me the upper hand during negotiations of the property settlement and to seek primary custody of our children which I had no desire to seek. I refused and stayed with Boudreaux realizing afterward that I should have fired her and turned her in to the board of ethics. She has NO family values and doesn't care if she ruins relationships between parents and their children. She is only interested in keeping the cash register ticking. Hiring Boudreaux was my biggest mistake and I strongly anyone needing an attorney, stay away from Lisa Boudreaux.

I have a friend who is in the middle of a divorce and this lawyer represents his ex wife. She has filed false criminal allegations pertaining to domestic violence to gain the upper hand in the divorce litigation. This is the most unethical tactic used against men in family law. She should be disbarred for knowlingly doing this and continuing to cause this man so much harm. Attorneys like this should be ashamed as they feed the negative emotions of their clients to keep the legal fees coming in....when all said and done both parties will end up with nothing and she will have made a substanial legal fee that leaves her client with very little and destroys the man. AWFUL!

Lisa Boudreaux is extremely ethical and conscientious. She is an individual of high moral character. On all issues related to my case, she followed the letter of the law and insisted all interactions with any persons involved be followed according to the law as well. She has always remained very respectful and professional to all involved in my case (on both sides) and always insisted I treat them with the same respect, regardless of their actions. I never had to complete paperwork more than once as it was always completed correctly the first time. Lisa Boudreaux was well prepared for each court date and knew even the smallest details of my case. If I had a question she was unable to answer initially, she always researched the answer and promptly contacted me with the information. I would highly recommend Lisa Boudreaux as a lawyer. It would be a grave mistake to listen to any of the malicious comments previously posted. I know Lisa was able to make a positive impact on my life.

Lisa Leslie Boudreaux...I should have just heeded my initial instinct with this person. My wife had moved from our residence, out-of-state, and returned to Louisiana, so Ms. Boudreaux was my only representation during the divorce proceedings. She called and emailed numerous times, but she was continually asking the same questions and then responding that, "Yes, I remember now." Or, "I need to reference your file, I am sure I made notes on this." All of these exchanges were billed. Further, she did no more for me than what the law allowed, so after thousands of dollars were paid to her, I had gained nothing more than more debt. About a year and a half after the divorce, my ex-wife and I reconciled. My ex-wife told me that her attorney and Ms. Boudreaux discussed the divorce and that Ms. Boudreaux thought I was only concerned about the "joint monies" we had. Please, learn from my experience and do not retain this attorney.

I hired Ms. Boudreaux because I needed an attorney who SPECIALIZED in family law. I should have hired someone else. Ms. Boudreaux missed a major issue with payment of support for my minor child, which cost me over $4,000.00. AND I spent thousands for an uncontested divorced with NO contested issues. I was also charged for another client's time. AND I was contacted AND CHARGED for her to ask if all was well DURING THE PERIOD WHEN ALL WE NEEDED TO DO WAS WAIT for our 365 days separation! I provided all the pertinent information needed to file for my divorce and was contacted AND CHARGED because they wanted more information. It's as if she could not look in the file and retrieve the information provided. I ACTUALLYN LOOKED AT THE LETTER HEAD SEVERAL TIMES TO ENSURE THAT SHE WAS ACTUALLY THE ATTORNEY LISTED THEREON. Spent thousands on what should have been an quick and easy divorce. She claims to be tough but when we went to court she never said a thing. She is way too nice.

Horrible lawyer and all around person. Does nothing but cause problems and is money hungry. She's in family law but does not believe in doing what ever possible to promote FAMILY. Leave this lawyer and find a good one.

This lawyer will do nothing other than take your $$.She will not fight for you.But she sure can keep up with all the minutes she can bill you for.Says she can do this or that,but she will not do nothing but stall for more time.She will not call you,she waits for you to call her so she can bill those minutes! She is worthless as a lawyer, believe me, I shelled out more than 10K & finally fired her!..she's sweet & nice & dumb.She should have been a blond.
