Divorce is hard and emotionally draining. I am very grateful that I had MR. Bays and his amazing staff leading the way through this difficult process. Their vast knowledge and years of experience are immediately noticeable. They're compassionate and understanding. I knew from the very first meeting that my case was in good hands. MR. I went for a consult and was told exactly what he felt he could do for me. It all sounded great almost to good. When I was informed of the cost I did not think that I would be able to afford his services but with a little help I was thankfully able to pay his fees. There was one small hiccup with a miscommunication but even that worked out for the best. I had to be represented because the first time I spoke with a judge alone I was treated very poorly. Thankfully Mr. Bays listened to me and worked diligently to help me get my son home where he belongs. All in all I feel that I was well represented and any issue I had with him was resolved completely. If and when I need to represented again I will defently hire him again to be my voice in the courtroom. The staff at Bays Law were always respectful, courteous, kind and helpful. Living out of state I felt it was important to have local representation for a child support modification case, Bays Law was that representation. All I intended was to have my son every summer, a reduction in payments and for the judge to know that the custodial parent was in contempt for not allowing me to claim my son for tax purposes when it was my time.
Thanks to Bays Law I received much more; visitation half of every school break & holidays, as well as every other weekend and able to claim him for the next two consecutive tax seasons and now saving a difference of $533 bucks a month.
I'm happy with the results!

My 7-year-old daughter’s horrible f. had filed for joint custody after over 5 years of total abandonment. Right away, I started looking for a lawyer and decided to hire Mr. Bays after reading his online reviews and meeting him in a free consultation.
His office immediately filed a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights. It was a long grueling process and I was upset the whole time. Being a single parent, without a stepparent adoption in sight, I had my doubts as to whether or not Mr. Bays could deliver what he promised.
In the end, it was clear that I had definitely hired the right lawyer. Mr. Bays showed up to trial well prepared and had an excellent courtroom presence.
Today, October 14, 2014, I got the great news! We won the case. My ex’s parental rights are terminated, and he is still obligated to pay child support!

I recently retained the services of Randy Bays to address an urgent and difficult situation regarding the safety and well-being of my 2 year old granddaughter.
At my initial consultation; after determining the facts of the situation, Randy informed me he could help and told me exactly what my costs would be for his services. He worked on my case the remainder of the day and succeeded in obtaining an emergency court order granting me legal decision making for my granddaughter. I had her home that evening.

I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Bays as my attorney. I recently
relocated from Arizona to Georgia to be with my current. Mr. Bays has been extremely wonderful with all his work including his staff. I went to court in July 2014. Mr. Bays presented himself professional and knowledgeable in court as well as very well prepared for the day, to include the exhibits, which were used, questions being asked and strong minded. I highly recommend Mr. Bays for ANY case that is needed. He has years of experience in the field, served the military and is very friendly to all the clients. If I had any questions regarding the case, I was able to speak to someone, if they were not able to answer the question Mr. Bays would always get back with me in a timely matter. Randy, lead attorney, listened to my family issues and set into motion a plan to resolve my grievances. He created a calculated plan and it worked out perfectly.

Mr. Bays was late and unprepared for one of my hearings. When called to come and review documents and sign, every single document had errors (very amateur), for example referring to me (a female) using the pronoun "he" throughout an entire document and other such stupid mistakes. After the hearing he was late for, I got rid of him.

I really appreciate Mr. Bays and his legal team's assistance during what had become a two year, nightmarish battle for custody. I was being drained in every possible way and taken to court every few months. I finally have some freedom and the ability to move should I need to for jobs or any other reasons that would allow me to live and start to rebuild my life for myself and my daughter. In regards to legal fees, they are always going to be high when there is nothing you can do to avoid court (I wouldn't advise going without a lawyer). From experience, however, I have spent a year's salary just trying to keep my child and myself safe with no real win in the end in the past. With Bays, I just had one flat fee and no unexpected bills arriving in the mail. Knowing what the fee was upfront helped me plan and avoid ending up in debt.

When I needed a divorce lawyer, my first choice was Bays Law. I was able to get sole legal and physical custody of my 2 children. I paid a flat fee of $5000 for a contested divorce as my ex wanted joint legal custody. My ex had to pay $12,000+ for his lawyer fees. Mr. Bays was able to help gather all of my information and was able to have my case settled. I had to hire Mr. Bays again a year later to go back to court for the issue of interest. My ex s lawyer was outclassed and definitely bested by Mr. Bays. He knows Arizona Law as other Arizona Lawyers do not. I would hire Bays Law again for his friendly office staff and for his professional handling of both of my cases.

I had first met Randy 7 years ago when I was going through my divorce. I knew from the moment I met him that he was going to be the best attorney to represent me. Mr. Bays represented my son for a child custody case, in which his ex-wife had psychiatric/mental health problems. Mr. Bays was very aggressive battling his case in two courts (in Puerto Rico and Arizona) and against three lawyers and he still won in both courtrooms. My son passed away on 1 August 2011 and before I went to see him, Mr. Bays had started my case without even knowing if I could pay him. He fought for the rights and the safety of my grandchild and not once did he settle for anything less than what I had asked for. On 15 November 2011, I was granted sole custody of my grandson, without Mr. Bays, I don’t think it could have been possible I was depressed and lost due to my son’s death. God Bless him and the staff at his office, from the secretary to the paralegal they are all extremely efficient, kind and excellent in terms of customer service, returning phone calls and answering your emails and questions. Randy it the most thorough lawyer I have had the opportunity to work with. Working in the criminal justice system I have had the opportunity to see many lawyers and interact with them on a professional and personal level. So I am confident when I say that Mr. Bays is the best that a person could obtain in an legal matter. Personally, I retained Mr. Bays to help with a child custody matter that produced the most favorable outcome that could have resulted in my case. I was awarded sole legal and physical custody of my son with child support. This is a big win considering that only 2% of fathers in the western part of the US are awarded both sole legal and physical custody.
