Definitely recommend. Mr. Bays took the time to listen and care about my case. He helped to get me exactly what I was looking for when dealing with custody conflicts. I am very pleased with the outcome of his overall services as well as his staffs services. They were able to have my case completed in a timely manner and kept great contact throughout the process. I never felt like I wasn't important.

Living out of state I felt it was important to have local representation for a child support modification case, Bays Law was that representation. All I intended was to have my son every summer, a reduction in payments and for the judge to know that the custodial parent was in contempt for not allowing me to claim my son for tax purposes when it was my time.
Thanks to Bays Law I received much more; visitation half of every school break & holidays, as well as every other weekend and able to claim him for the next two consecutive tax seasons and now saving a difference of $533 bucks a month.
I'm happy with the results!

Mr. Bays was late and unprepared for one of my hearings. When called to come and review documents and sign, every single document had errors (very amateur), for example referring to me (a female) using the pronoun "he" throughout an entire document and other such stupid mistakes. After the hearing he was late for, I got rid of him.

Randy came highly recommended to me from a close friend. After meeting with him for the first time, I knew I wanted him as my attorney. I felt very confident in him and his staff. Randy is very knowledgeable and even though going through a divorce/custody battle was very stressful, I never had any doubt in him. My case required a lot of extra research and time and Randy went above and beyond. He is very honest and straightforward - some people might get offended by the lack of "sugar coating" but I always appreciated it and I wouldn't feel as confident in an attorney that was known for being "nice". I truly don't think anyone else could have represented me in Federal Court any better - Randy has an amazing presence in the courtroom. He is the perfect example of a great attorney.
