Can't say enough about her professionalism and dedication. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially with my case (divorce). It's a difficult time and she kept me informed every step of the way. Everything worked out amicably for my case and I'm happy with the outcome. I would have no hesitations working with her in the future and would definitely recommend her to everyone.

She needs to ask her boss the most basic questions she should already know. When you read 'your' paperwork you see she has not only refused to work in your best interest but worked for the 'other side'. Want to correct this...you'll be charged more money for extra time. She has problems with truth, although I'm starting to think it's because she just doesn't know the law. Yet, she's fast to write you at home blaming you for everything. I found her to take away your rights to the point of me having to report her conduct to "The Law Society of Upper Canada". It's not about the legal cost, it's not about her as a person, it's about her doing the job she's there to do. It's about the fact you've hired her to complete a task in your best interest and it turns out she can't even be trusted. She just is not doing what you've hired her to do. It's really that simple. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this office. Another office may or not be better but this one is not going to work for you.
