I have been waiting about 6 months for the Ritchie law firm to create a correct demand letter for my accident last year. The two demand letters they sent, for my review so far, have been incorrect to the information that I had given them. The second letter had conflicting amounts on each page because the cover letter was not updated from the first letter. They also didn't add in information to the second letter, that I told them, was missing from the first. Another thing is, The receptionist would not pass on information that I had given her, when I called in. I would not recommend the Ritchie law firm to anyone.
