He seemed tired all of the time. He did not advocate or protect. I knew more of the law than he did. His communication was poor and he was never prepared for our meetings but that only added to his billing.

Probably the worst attorney I have ever had. He did not tell me the truth when At the initial consult, I asked whether he ever received complaints. (I found out later he had a bar complaint pending at the time and he had been on "diversion" (like probation) with the bar for mishandling a child's trust account.) He made numerous errors on my case, including writing a letter to the wrong employer on my behalf - and then charged me multiple times to get it right after I told him of his errors. His bills never provided details of what he did or ANY time estimates he spent on tasks, just global amounts due. He rarely returned phone calls promptly. He said he would work on contingency, then asked me for 33% of any recovery plus costs, plus several thousand dollars of a deposit that he would not return even if I prevailed. When I disputed his bills, he became very nasty with me and withdrew from my case. An extremely arrogant individual.
