RAY IS THE WORST ATTORNEY IN COLORADO SPRINGS. HE TAKES YOUR DEBT AND SELLS IT TO DEBT COLLECTORS TO MAKE A PROFIT. HE MISUSES ESCROW FUNDS FOR PERSONAL USE, NOT PREPARED, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. HE MAKES A PROFIT OFF HIS VICTIMS BY PURPOSELY LOSING AND FILING MOTIONS. HE ALSO WRITES POSITIVE REVIEWS TO MAKE UP FOR THE BAD ONES. DON'T WORK WITH HIM.

This firm over charges big time. The employees are told that if they aren't billing the clients a lot of money they will not have a job. The employees round everything up so that they make their billing requirements.

Worst attorney in the Springs. Makes false promises that you will win the case, takes your large sum of money, then judge dismisses case for lack of relavence. Gets angry and yells if you ask questions and says he is he lawyer and you are not. Acts like he is doing you the favor and you have zero input on your own case that you are paying him. First meeting he is nice, then he is rude and never wants to meet. Makes mistakes on motions and charges you to redo them. He has lost more cases than he has won. Has terrible reputation among the lawyer community. I wish someone would have warned me before I hired him. The worst mistake I have ever made. Beware!

Using Ray was a waste of my money. He was definitely not on my side and tried to pressure me into decisions I was not comfortable with and then got angry when I voiced my disagreement with his recommendation. I switched to a different lawyer and I won my custody case.

We hired him for our relocation-child custody.Afterwards our plans changed and we didnt have to relocate.He talked us into going for a temporary full custody while my ex was deployed.Said "itll benefit us in a long run".We lost the hearing because he didnt communicate with us for 3 months.His paralegal is completely clueless and doesnt return phone calls after 2-3 days, charge you when you will attempt to call them again.On top of that my child support increased by $50 only, he didnt request the judge my ex's and my expenses to be split based on the income like we talked to (my ex earns 5 times more than I do and we still pay 50/50). My 6 years old ended up living part time with my ex's 75 y.o. parents he never lived with in his life, and saw them 2 times per year!!! They are not even from our state! He double charged us on our fees. When we requested our money back, he charged us for the check he sent to us TWICE!I hope someone will take his license away.

Gives you hope, so you hire him. Then doesn't do what he is suppose to, doesn't respond to e-mails. Doesn't address all questions asked. Leaves you hanging. Hoping to report him to higher authorities. Do not hire him...

This so-called "attorney" told me he could solve my child support problems. He charged me nearly $5,000 and did nothing that helped me, as far as I can see. He strung out hours and court appearances to HIS benefit. I ended up having to represent myself from a different state and over the phone. I accomplished more than this jerk did. Seemed to me that he tells you what he knows you want to hear just to get your money but clearly knows he can't do what he says he can do. STAY AWAY!!!
