if he gets appointed to you reqyest a new lawyer. he is the worthless. reuested a motion of bond review and he never filed it. he lied about hours he worked. he filed for his pay the day the he recieved the court order that my charges had been dropped.i requested the review 2 weeks prior thats was the second time. the first court date i had i requested one he straight up said "NOONE IS GONNA BAIL U OUT. U NEED TO ACCEPT IT" well if he would have done job correctly i had the money myself if the bond was reduced.he was more concerned in husbands case and ins status than mine which what he stated was all lies he insulted "my choice of husband" not his business!!! i sat in jail 3 extra days because he was on his weekly friday vacation i believe he should have had someone taking care of any court orders or maybe checked in with his secetary! JUST GET A DIFFERENT LAWYER!!
