This attorney was handling a slip-and-fall accident for me since 2003. Every time I try to contact him, he is either too busy or his secretary Paula says he's still working on the case. I want to know: Did he take the money and run? Why doesn't he answer any of calls. I am still in excrutiating pain form my injuries and this attorney owes me monies I need to pay. I have Dr's bills, Hospital bills, etc.... and this man does not show face for the last 3 years. Can you tell me what the hell is wrong pls. The law suit is with Winn-Dixie stores. Did he sell my case...he said he would recover a minimum of 10k and to this date, no letter from him or any contact. What should I do please? Olga E. Azor, Miami, Fl.
