I recently fired him as my lawyer being that upon appeal of certain items of a custody battle, the other party recieved the appeal form (that was being sent to the judge from him on my behalf)before i did and havent heard anything from him in over 2 weeks. communication has been HORRIBLE throughout my entire year + being his client, ive had to go to the point of pestering to recieve any information on my case. At the beginning he was great, our first mediation was a success, but our second court hearing, the other party represented themselves and completly annihilated us, a 20 year old girl with no legal experiance,he didnt prepare at all for the case nor did he prepare me, he was just hoping the other party wouldnt show up. Stay away from this lawyer he will drain your will to fight and your bank account.
