Attorneys that do a good job and charge reasonable rates are hard to come by. I've used Paul for several collections issues and some debt litigation for both my business and me personally. Good guy, honest and easy to work with. Great in the courtroom. If you live in Nashville, Madison, Hermitage or Mt Juliet, he's a good choice for a local attorney.

Used Paul to defend my company in a lawsuit from a vendor over payment. Moser won the case and was very detailed and aggressive. Would not have won without his help. We have also used him for contracts, setting up companies and referred family members to him for bankruptcy and collection issues. Talented and reasonably priced attorney - highly recommend him.

Paul Moser is not totally honest with his clients. He is only in it for the money and he will lie and mislead you to get more money out of his clients. Do not use him unless you have a lot of money because that is all he wants!!
