I’m very sad with this lower, he went to my sister house 3 times to get my money and my sisters money to work with the green card to us, ( more than $10.000,00) never did any thing to us, and never returned our money. But God see every thing, one day he’s going to pay for this, we worked so hard for this money.??????

He took a retainer from me, after I paid him $300 for a consult. Which is fair. I decided not to go through with the immigration, and he has kept the retainer and is trying to keep $1000 for absolutely no work done on my case. He never billed me, invoiced me, he never filed a single paper on my behalf. NO work was performed on my case, and he just wants to keep $1000 telling me his secretary has to go through files once a month or so. Anyone has to pay their secretary to organize files, it is truly not my responsibility to pay for his office runnings. But I feel this is just unethical.
