Let's just say... he tells you everything will be taken care of, and acts like it's no big deal. He failed to appear for one of my tickets I had already paid him for, and a year later I have a police officer take my license because they had been suspended, and I didnt even know. I then had to spend $110 just to get my license back when I had alread paid him $100 to take care of my ticket. Also, a coworker's son got taken straight to jail from a traffic stop due to Fred Owens not showing up for his court date, and the court house had put out a warrant for his arrest. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!! Stay clear because he does not do his job, and will not admit when he is wrong.
