STAY AWAY FROM DIANA!! I paid over $17,000 in 6 months and got nothing more than a couple pieces of paper to show for it. She had $150,000 of my money in trust and then left the country for two months so that I couldn’t receive it if my divorce was finalized before then.. which it should’ve been. There was zero warning of her leaving the country! I also had Diana send correspondence on my behalf without my consent. Needless to say, I fired her and have obtained new counsel. Diana is useless and is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Read the other reviews, I wish I had before I gave her all of my money.

The worst her and her law students are useless and no help don't know what a phone is don't e mail back and don't let the client know about court dates and well argue with you if they truly know they are wrong about facts.I have to say this is by far the worst law firm I have ever asked to help my case. Don't waste your time and money!

You get what you pay for. She's honest and realistic tells you what you can expect. Doesn't lead you on and doesn't promise things she can't fulfill. Recommend her to anyone needing counsel.

I was pleased with Diana. She is honest and knows the law. She is to the point and does not milk the file. Diana was always consulting me and giving me all my options and advising what was best. What started out as a messy Divorce turned out to short and sweet. I would recommend her to anyone. If you want a pull dog lawyer she is the one.

I would definitely recommend you stay away from her. You will spend money for a whole lot of paper pushing. I ended leaving after delays from her and went solo even after she told me I had low chance of winning but would take my money. Guess what, I won.

its all money and no service with her, thank-you for taking my money and doing nothing, next time keep your clients in the loop. Your front clerk isn't the lawyer you are.

What started out looking like it would be a long and ugly divorce, I ended up with a fair settlement agreement. Diana knows the law and after getting me an interim order in my favor she negotiated the settlement. She is very thorough and knew everything about my case without me having to remind her of things. She also returned my calls and emails within a day or 2.

She was direct and to the point. I used her services for a difficult divorce, and she was very honest with my chances. By the time the divorce was complete, Diana negotiated a much higher settlement than I anticpated.

I have used Diana on more than 1 occasion for real estate and family. She knows the family laws very well and represented my case in the best possible way. She responded to my emails the same day and if she was unable to return phone calls her assistant would return them the same day. I have recommended others that have used her services and were very pleased.

Another lawyer suggested I contact her so this was a referral. She wanted $300 just for an initial consultation, this had to be cash! Red flags everywhere.

Diana seems to know the Family law but was to very abrasive and costly I was not impressed at all!!!In 2 years I wasted almost $20,000.00 on her, rather than looking out for what was best for my children it seemed like she was playing the paper shuffle to pad her bank account. My gut feeling after about $10,000.00 was that she was buddies with my exes lawyer and were dragging it out. On two separate instances I over heard a few conversations she hade with my exes lawyer were he was he was bashing me and she did not defend me she agreed with him. Then there is billing I got an invoice saying that I owed her $200.00+ to keep up retainer I paid it then a week later I got another statement telling me I owed $3500.00.

I didnt have a good experience with this lawyer. I found she was very hard to communicated with. She was reasonably clear when i was visiting her, but i found over email and phone she was difficult to accomplish anything.

I like that she is direct and honest. Her method of communicating can be abrasive but she was organized, factual and played no games.
