I have used Mr. Luby's services over the past several years and have always been completely satisfied with the results. He has handled different matters for me and most recently probated a will for my deceased Mother-In-Law timely and at a considerable savings on fees. I am a Territory Manager and my job requires me to travel extensively by car. It is imperative that my driving record is clean to maintain employment. Edward F (Ted) Luby is one of the best criminal defense attorneys i know. I was arrested over 60 times with this man defending me anything ranging from felonies to traffic tickets. I NEVER DID ANYTHING OVER WEEKEENDS. He was extremely professional and answered every phone call and always had everything ready to go. I myself was not pleased with him nor the service I received. He sold himself as a hardworking, attentive great lawyer. Money hungry, rude and didn't work had for me. He was prepared for court until I decided to accept the initial offer because he wasn't working for me, he turned on me I felt very uncomfortable with his service. He didn't care he knew I was on the hook for a third so he going to get paid. He's not a good lawyer....

Ted Luby is a great attorney.He is very knowledgable and thorough.He has represented me many times and the fees have always been reasonable and I have nothing on my record.Ted is very hands on and active with his clients in cases.He is extremely hard-working and out of the 100 times Ive tried reaching him, he's answered the phone/made himself available 99 times.He has been representing me all of my life basically, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who seeks representation.Ted is not afraid to tell you like it is but is firmly aggresive in all of his cases in a good way.Always shows up to court,always on time,easy to get a hold of,has always treated me fairly,and is VERY reasonable with price.I refuse to let anyone else represent me.One of,if not the best attorney I've come across.In conclusion let Ted represent you on your next case.

Ted Luby represented me in a felony DUI case. He was able to guide me into the DUI court program which allowed me the opportunity to have my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. He was very affordable given my charge, and very patient with my limitations.(lack of drivers license/rides ect..) I would recommend him highly

Ted Luby showed me a different side of himself. He represented me in a case and I was financially in a rut. Out of work, no car, etc., Ted made sure that I got his best in court. Never knew the correct charge of his client.Was unaware of the location where his client was being held.Never showed up to the trial hearing.Never returned calls or kept his client up-to-date.Isulting,rude,arrogant,egotistical,money-hungry(More so than other attorneys)Did not care about his client.Made no real progress.Constantly reminds you about his "more important" cases.Drunk dialed my phone to yell how much he "f*cking loved his job!" Very unprofessional & snobby.ONLY cares about money;No real passion for defending his clients.Awful experience.Accepted the 500$ retainer and never signed forms to legally represent the client.Complained how much work he had to do on the case.
