Monique is Amazing!!
I met her under the circumstances of having no bond allowed an she was able to convince the judge for a bond when I was told by many attorney’s that it was impossible.
Very pleasant to speak with and very informative, always willing to assist on any measures. She works with you at all times of the day.
Monique recently helped me finalize a custody battle from 2014 which we avoided incarceration. Monique reinsured me and guided me through each step. “I WALKED FREE”.
I highly recommend Monique! She is very professional, approachable and gives you an honest direct option on the matter!

I must say my experience with Monique is always amazing. I first consulted with and hired Monique Walters on the spot in 2012. She is very professional, fast pace, has a great location, she is definitely there when it comes to her clients. Definitely recommend her.

I would never send anyone to her. Her lack of communication, she is unprofessional. Did not seem to care at all about my son's case to get visitation to his daughter, she lied to my son etc. This woman should not be allowed to practice law. All she cared about was how she was doing us "a Favor" by working with us on pricing because of the advocacy group who refered us to her. She has now with drawl from my sons case in the middle of the case leaving him with no one to represent him and no money to start over again. Paid her well over $2,000.00 for her to just walk out on the case cause I told her she should not lie to my son and she needs to be sure to have her cases straight. she was talking to me for over 2 minutes before she realized she was not talking to who she thought she was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!

Attorney is awful and lacks professionalism. Communication is so terrible that you need to look at milk cartons to see if she is missing.

lack of communication, always had issues with getting back via email text or phone call I am down to the last two weeks or my case get dismissed because she hasn't push the divorce through I do not recommend or I will not use her in the future its been 2 months since I've heard emailed called or text from her really bad experience communication is key but she doesn't have it

I was given this attorneys information by a liaison at a father's advocacy group on behalf of my husband to establish paternity and gain visitation with a child we believe to be his daughter. Ms. Walters didn't bother to listen to very much of our story before blurting out that he should have registered with the paternity registry if he wanted any rights. She obviously had not paid any attention to what little we did tell her as you only have til the child is 30 days old to register and my husband wasn't even aware that the baby existed until she was 9 months old. When I told her this again she said he should have registered when the woman was pregnant. Sigh... This after I'd already told her that he was unaware of the pregnancy because he & the woman had parted ways. When I began to explain this again she hung up on me. This was by far the most unprofessional & rudest encounter I've ever had with an attorney.

I engaged this lawyer to establish an register my LLC company in Dec12. Initial submission was purportedly done in Jan13. It is now Sep13 and this layer has ignored approx. 50+ emails, voicemails and messages to respond. BWatts
