Walter C. Thomas, Jr, had me sign a marital settlement agreement which I didn't know required that I live with my mother before I could have visitation with my children. For almost a year, my ex was getting 80% of my income. He did nothing to assist me with this. He allowed to be entered into public, prejudicial, false, unsubstantiated allegations made against me by my ex. Instead of getting me more time with my kids, I ended up with significantly LESS time with them that I had before I retained his counsel. He charges an upfront, one-time fee, but then later demands more money. Now I have to pay another attorney to clean up the mess he made. He lied to me. He deceived me. And at the first opportunity to dump me, did so. He took my kids from me, yet remains ompletely indifferent to my predicament. I guess that is what I should have expected from a former cop who was fired for using government assets to distribute ****graphy via email and hard copy. HE WILL SCREW YOU!
