I would NOT ever mention his name while recommending a lawyer in the same sentence. After being provided all relevant documentation that he asked for, he waited 4 months to finally send me a letter only saying "my office will not be able to pursue this matter any further on your (my) behalf." Positives: 1. He showed initial interest, making me feel he would in the least pursue a settlement to cover medical expenses. Negatives: 1. Doesn't follow through. He felt there was more than enough to pursue the case and win. 2. Lazy. Even though I signed consent forms for him to retrieve medical documents, I had to do everything. I would NOT ever mention his name while recommending a lawyer in the same sentence.
