We were highly disatisfied with the service received by Andrea Kraffert. Her pratices bordered on unethical and her focus was solely about money. When we retrieved a copy of the court files, there was one document on file and none of the so called filings we were billed for ever made it to the case file. If you have money to throw away by all means allow her to represent you. We ended up representing ourselves after months of wasted time and $10K in lawyers fees with nothing to show for. When the funds ran out, so did Andrea!!!When we could no longer afford to be fleeced each month without any results and demanded an accounting of the money paid and she became aware of our disatisfaction Ms. Kraffert went down to the court and asked to be removed from the case. To date, none of the work she claimed to have done ever made it to the court/case file. Be careful with this one.

MY FRIEND REFERRED ME TO HER A YEAR AGO BUT I DIDN'T CALL BECAUSE MY HUSBAND GOT NICER. CALLED HER OFFICE AND WAS TOLD SHE LEFT. NO WONDER - STAFF IS RUDE AND WOULD NOT HELP ME. THANK GOODNESS FOR GOOGLE. I FIND HER AND RECONNECTED. SUPER NICE AND NOT PRICEY. HAPPY I WAITED.

My husband and I hired Andrea to get custody of his son. We had already gone to court once and lost. Our first lawyer was useless and he just didn't care about helping us. We needed an attorney who would put my step-son's best interest above anything else. When we found Andrea she proved to us that she would fight for us no matter what. Our court battle was long and extremely challenging. Andrea and her staff put all their energy into our case and never gave up. We eventually won and my step-son is with us now majority of the time. I really question the validity of the other reviews that don't give specifics. Andrea is a custody lawyer and family law is time consuming and expensive. If someone says she's money hungry then I wonder if they really wanted custody of their child or were they just worried about the cost? I'd much rather pay her because she will do her best to win for you rather than pay a lawyer who doesn't know what they are doing or worse, doesn't care.

She is one of the best lawyers I have been to. She is cordial, prompt, understanding and affordable. She treats her clients well and defends them diligently.

I appreciated how much time she spent helping me get the papers I needed and explaining each of my options so I had a clear understanding of my trial.

She is money hungry, terrible and wont even try to defend you. You will definitely will dissatisfy with her. Good luck if you choose her.

Ms. Kraffert outright lied in order to retain another client. When all was said and done, she did not work to protect my rights, or to help in issues that came up along the way. I agree with the assessment that she is money hungry, as I was consistently amazed at the items I was being charged outrageous amounts of money for, and would have been better off with another attorney.

Andrea took 1000 out of my 4000 retainer and did not help me at all. In fact hindered my case by not advising me that I should have filed for child and spousal support at the same time I answered my husband's filing for divorce. Now I have lost 5 months of support as the court does not give them retroactively. I think she should be stopped from practicing.

I read the previous review and totally disagree with the assessment. Ms. Kraffert is fair and honest. She is a very good attorney, especially at court. She is cordial. She gave me her personal cell phone to contact her in case of emergencies. So I feel that the previous review was made out of anger, not in fairness.
