Family Court is the worst place for families. Judges of course are immune to the destruction they cause. Lawyers like JOnathan Krashinsky cause as much damage and trauma to families and children as he can and calls himself the 'best'. It is the most disgusting system and everyone in it.

… I used Jonathan’s Service in one of the hardest times of my life … I asked Children’s Aid for the best lawyer …. And that is when I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan .. Honest and to the point.. Facts over Emotions .. This is court not the therapist office .. when fighting for your kids safety trust someone who uses the time spent gaining facts and not dilly dallying over “she said/ He said” stuff… I have and will continue to trust this man with the most valuable Prized treasure I own … 1000% satisfied.. and need I mention he won my case … USE THIS LAWYER HE IS BEYOND WORTH IT!

This lawyer does not follow your instructions. Finds ways to charge you extreme amounts of money. Argues with you, belittles women, screams at you. He screamed at me so hard one day in his reception area that I burst out into tears and it takes a lot for me to cry. He was so rude a potential client in the waiting room got up and walked out and said I’ll find a different lawyer. At the end he charged me for a motion that he refused to bring to the courts. Needless to say I haven’t paid the bill after already paying him $20000, he then in turn is now taking me to court to make me pay the bill or is going to try and get a writ of execution for it. Be warned stay far away from this horrible horrible man!!!!

Mr Krashinsky is like a little angry boy wanting to make all decisions and rule the world. The problem is he is clueless, and makes bad decisions anyway. Be very careful, he will try to “hypnotize” you with his eyes to get you to say what he wants.

Unethical. Plays games with peoples lives. Delays the whole process in order to maximize his wallet in the end. Cares not about the truth. Encourages his clients to play games with child support and access. Zero motivation to settle disputes that could easily and reasonably be settled. Pours gasoline on the fire in family law cases and is only out for himself. He is everything that is wrong with the system.

Mr. Krashinsky helped me with my divorce and I couldn't be happier. He was honest and gave me smart advice with no BS. We were able to settle out of court thanks to him. The whole thing was a lot less painful than I expected. You really get what you pay for with him.

Do not hire this lawyer. If you are already a client, find another lawyer because things will not get better. He was always very late for appointments. He was not prepared for meetings. He did not respond to my requests or opposing counsel's requests for months. He neglected to provide me with all copies of correspondence from opposing counsel. He certainly did not act in my best interest. Repeatedly, he made promises to me but did not follow through with commitments. He verbally attacked me in meetings. It was not simply that I disliked what he was saying. He demeaned me, yelled at me and bullied me. He is not professional. For your sanity and the best use of your money stay far away from Jonathan Krashinsky.

Lowest of the low. Most unprofessional lawyer I have had the displeasure of paying. 10's of 1000's for nothing but insults and humiliation. I am a 50 something man, going through a family court situation. Jonathan is worthless, lacks knowledge and experience, and treats his paying clients like garbage. I have never been spoken to as he spoke to me. For trial he asked for another large retainer (trial was a week away) and I could not pay his fees. He gave me back my file, which was in such disarray, that it was incomprehensible. Jonathan constantly used fear of leaving me high and dry to intimidate me. He constantly used his position to bully AND mock me. He showed absolutely zero respect. Typical school yard punk, now grown up. He treats both men and women like garbage, he doesn't discriminate. He uses fear tactics to string you along and pay more money, for nothing in return but humiliation and insults. I can't stress enough what kind of scumbag this person is. Stay far, FAR away!!!

Jonathan Krashinsky is a menacing lawyer. He failed to carry out his legal duty as LAO Duty Council at Family Court. He exploded in a rage, bullied and emotionally abused me in front of the public, and the respondent named in my court case. I tried to locate another DC; none was available. Court staff suggested I speak with him. He promised to return, review my Case Conference Brief and represent me in court; he kept none of these promises. I heard and saw him talking with my respondent and her Duty Council in the hallway. When called into court, he yelled at me in front of the judge. When I tried to speak he threw his arms up in the air, pushed his chair away from the bench, and said “Fine, if you don’t want my help!”. Krashinsky and my respondent's lawyer smirked at each other, playing "Good Cop, Bad Cop". I experienced anxiety and fear. LAO and LSUC advised me to file a complaint. He lied to LAO and falsified his notes. The LAO Manager of Legal Services took sides with Krashinsky.

Mr. Krashinsky is a horrible lawyer. Do not retain this person. He is not knowledgeable and is strictly in it to get your money. I paid him over $14,000 dollars and he did absolutely nothing for my custody case. Then sent sent me to Collections for $1,300 because I refused to pay the rest of his bill because he consistently refused to follow instruction. Even though the instructions I gave him was based on information I received from other lawyers. When I gave him those instructions, he agreed and said he would make a point of stating what I asked. Then when the time came, never said a word to the Judge and when I asked him why, he said that it wasn't important and wouldn't have made a difference. However the Judge that ruled in my case, pointed out that I didn't make the statement to the court that I had asked Krashinsky to make. When you ask him a question, he will refuse to answer you, and instead demean you, undermine you and even laugh in your face when you ask him a question.

I attended a meeting with a friend this week . Mr. Krashinsky was probably the most cruelest individual I have come across in My life. He bullies His female clients and does not listen. I asked If I could Speak and He said Yes. After I spoke He replied, I interjected, He proceeded to throw His arms in the air, using the Lord's name in vain. This man is supposed to be an educated person and an Officer of the Court. Mr. Krashinsky is being paid by the taxpayers as this is a Legal Aid case. I wonder if maybe Jonathan is not a good choice for clients who are women?? I fired him. He was unprepared for meetings (never read my email correspondence or papers in advance of meetings), so would consequently be reading documents while I was talking to him. He kept me waiting prior to each meeting - once, for 45 minutes. Communication with him was always difficult - he didn't really listen to what I told him - constantly interrupted, he was extremely patronizing, even adversarial at times, and he made incorrect assumptions about my motivations. He contacted opposing counsel after agreeing that he would wait to hear back from me before doing so. I wasn't looking for a lawyer to hold my hand, but fundamentally, he treated me like I was stupid, and I felt that he was not on my side. That seemed like a pretty basic requirement for a lawyer dealing with child support & access issues. I would NOT recommend him - especially for female clients.

He's very good at communicating what is expected of you. He will guide you through the entire process with courtesy and professionalism. He is very bright with a very excellent memory he was always organized and very well prepared. I asked him if he liked going to trial and his answer was I've always been fond of going to trial. Basically he's extremely good with remembering allbthe facts. I am very glad i found him he treated me fairly and was the first person who got serious with me and told me to take off my rose colored glasses here...by the way everything he said would happen did. He did what i needed in a consultation and he did not charge me more he was honest and told me a cheaper alternative. He is blunt he may even swear...so what its because he is passionate about the law and people who are dead beats and messing with innocent people. I would take that man with me to court or to battle hes serious. He may be busy but he did get me in quick and when i needed him. I liked him and have referred friends to him i also have family who used his associate who is also great. This is not someone who doesnt know what he sais he is out to protect children thankgood ness for that. He also knows how to see through those who manipulate and trick the laws he also does or did do criminal law he knows the real story and does not sugar coat the realities.

Jonathan is an exceptional lawyer with a passion for what he does. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of him in court ;) So thankful for the opportunity to have him on our side - he is extremely confident, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you can get passed the bluntness and the fact that he tends to always be in a hurry (good lawyer, busy schedule) you'll notice he's also very personable and his quick wit is hilarious. Mr. Krashinsky was recommended to me by another Guelph lawyer. Despite a busy schedule, he took on my case as a Legal Aid client. From early October of 2010 when we first met and discussed the particulars of my case, an Application for Child Custody and determination of Access and Support, Mr. Krashinsky was nothing but professional in his demeanour and conduct, both at his office in meetings, and during court proceedings. (4 court appearances on my behalf from December 9, 2010 until March 2, 2011.) Furthermore, I was impressed with his knowledge and obvious familiarity both of Family Law in general, and the intricate workings of the Courts and the Justice System. He always seemed in his element, extremely competent and serious. I wouldn't want to oppose him in court..and that's a great compliment. I never thought I would need a Lawyer but I am certainly glad I found Jonathan. He is always on top of things and he knows his stuff. He is always straight to the point which is very important to me. I have and will recommend him to anyone who ever mentions to me that they are in need of a good Lawyer. I have been working with him for about 6 months now and have never once wanted a different Lawyer. He is funny & quirky all at the same time. I look forward to my meetings with him and so does my aunt but for other reasons. Lol. I will miss our chats when this is all over and done.
