This lawyer does not follow your instructions. Finds ways to charge you extreme amounts of money. Argues with you, belittles women, screams at you. He screamed at me so hard one day in his reception area that I burst out into tears and it takes a lot for me to cry. He was so rude a potential client in the waiting room got up and walked out and said I’ll find a different lawyer. At the end he charged me for a motion that he refused to bring to the courts. Needless to say I haven’t paid the bill after already paying him $20000, he then in turn is now taking me to court to make me pay the bill or is going to try and get a writ of execution for it. Be warned stay far away from this horrible horrible man!!!!

Unethical. Plays games with peoples lives. Delays the whole process in order to maximize his wallet in the end. Cares not about the truth. Encourages his clients to play games with child support and access. Zero motivation to settle disputes that could easily and reasonably be settled. Pours gasoline on the fire in family law cases and is only out for himself. He is everything that is wrong with the system.

Very good lawyer helped me with my custody problems and got my kids back. he is smart and gets great results! He worked overtime for me and didn't charge for some extra work.

Do not hire this lawyer. If you are already a client, find another lawyer because things will not get better. He was always very late for appointments. He was not prepared for meetings. He did not respond to my requests or opposing counsel's requests for months. He neglected to provide me with all copies of correspondence from opposing counsel. He certainly did not act in my best interest. Repeatedly, he made promises to me but did not follow through with commitments. He verbally attacked me in meetings. It was not simply that I disliked what he was saying. He demeaned me, yelled at me and bullied me. He is not professional. For your sanity and the best use of your money stay far away from Jonathan Krashinsky.

Jonathan Krashinsky is a menacing lawyer. He failed to carry out his legal duty as LAO Duty Council at Family Court. He exploded in a rage, bullied and emotionally abused me in front of the public, and the respondent named in my court case. I tried to locate another DC; none was available. Court staff suggested I speak with him. He promised to return, review my Case Conference Brief and represent me in court; he kept none of these promises. I heard and saw him talking with my respondent and her Duty Council in the hallway. When called into court, he yelled at me in front of the judge. When I tried to speak he threw his arms up in the air, pushed his chair away from the bench, and said “Fine, if you don’t want my help!”. Krashinsky and my respondent's lawyer smirked at each other, playing "Good Cop, Bad Cop". I experienced anxiety and fear. LAO and LSUC advised me to file a complaint. He lied to LAO and falsified his notes. The LAO Manager of Legal Services took sides with Krashinsky.

Mr. Krashinsky is a horrible lawyer. Do not retain this person. He is not knowledgeable and is strictly in it to get your money. I paid him over $14,000 dollars and he did absolutely nothing for my custody case. Then sent sent me to Collections for $1,300 because I refused to pay the rest of his bill because he consistently refused to follow instruction. Even though the instructions I gave him was based on information I received from other lawyers. When I gave him those instructions, he agreed and said he would make a point of stating what I asked. Then when the time came, never said a word to the Judge and when I asked him why, he said that it wasn't important and wouldn't have made a difference. However the Judge that ruled in my case, pointed out that I didn't make the statement to the court that I had asked Krashinsky to make. When you ask him a question, he will refuse to answer you, and instead demean you, undermine you and even laugh in your face when you ask him a question.

The truth is not important to this lawyer. Facts are irrelevant to him. I would never recommend him to represent someone, especially a female when it involves a custody case.

Mr krashinsky is an amazing lawyer if you have nothing but the truth guarantee Mr krashinsky will show it and he will get the results you are looking for. He's very good at communicating what is expected of you. He will guide you through the entire process with courtesy and professionalism. He is very bright with a very excellent memory he was always organized and very well prepared. I asked him if he liked going to trial and his answer was I've always been fond of going to trial. Basically he's extremely good with remembering allbthe facts. He was amazing in trial I've never met someone who can ask all the right questions on the spot. he is very focused and has a very good flow just don't lie. BEST LAWYER EVER. Thanks Mr krashinsky. I am very glad i found him he treated me fairly and was the first person who got serious with me and told me to take off my rose colored glasses here...by the way everything he said would happen did. He did what i needed in a consultation and he did not charge me more he was honest and told me a cheaper alternative. He is blunt he may even swear...so what its because he is passionate about the law and people who are dead beats and messing with innocent people. I would take that man with me to court or to battle hes serious. He may be busy but he did get me in quick and when i needed him. I liked him and have referred friends to him i also have family who used his associate who is also great. This is not someone who doesnt know what he sais he is out to protect children thankgood ness for that. He also knows how to see through those who manipulate and trick the laws he also does or did do criminal law he knows the real story and does not sugar coat the realities.

Jonathan krashinsky is RUDE and awful. He charges you thousands and thousands of dollars and I still don't know what for. he did nothing for me except rob me blind. what a terrible lawyer. save yourself a headache and go to someone else with some professionalism.

Jonathan is an exceptional lawyer with a passion for what he does. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of him in court ;) So thankful for the opportunity to have him on our side - he is extremely confident, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you can get passed the bluntness and the fact that he tends to always be in a hurry (good lawyer, busy schedule) you'll notice he's also very personable and his quick wit is hilarious. You can count on him to tell you how it is though - no sugar coating, very honest, ethical and trustworthy. His staff is amazing as well! I never thought I would need a Lawyer but I am certainly glad I found Jonathan. He is always on top of things and he knows his stuff. He is always straight to the point which is very important to me. I have and will recommend him to anyone who ever mentions to me that they are in need of a good Lawyer. I have been working with him for about 6 months now and have never once wanted a different Lawyer. He is funny & quirky all at the same time. I look forward to my meetings with him and so does my aunt but for other reasons. Lol. I will miss our chats when this is all over and done. But you know what they say "All good things must come to an end". Jonathan is also honest and straight forward. He tells it like it is and has put my mind at ease many times. My Aunt calls him the energizer bunny, for good reason. He is always on the move for his clients making sure they are being taken care of properly. I hope I never need a lawyer again(no offense) but if I do I know who I will call. Candi
