I consulted with several attorneys before I met Derek. They all rejected the "material" I had but Derek found it interesting. My charges were blown out of proportion by a so called officer. He sees through BS and presents the situation as it is. And is trusted by the legal community. I wish there were more people like Derek in the world, it would be a better place for anyone who has done wrong, and from my life experience that would include every F ING person. P.R.K.

Derek rocks. You could not ask for more competent, moral, caring, and hard fought defense. He is not afraid to work and fight for what he believes is right (regardless of pressures to the contrary). He was also willing to give me the defense I wanted rather than tell me how it would be. My case was dismissed in it's entirety, thanks to Derek (and my innocence)

Have watched Derek in court many times. Very smart lawyer who is not afraid of the "authorities". Need more like him to fight, not cave.

Mr. Samuelson did a fine job defending the contested Welch case, against pressure from the DA to throw away the key. Bravo, Mr. Samuelson, for courage and tenacity to defend the truth.
