I should have read the reviews before paying the $200.00 on line consultation fee! She did NOT do her research or even read my preview prior to our meeting. She is harsh and made me feel as if I had no knowledge of my situation. All she could talk about was the retainer fee and how much it will cost if he is non-compliant. Which after being with him 35 years I KNEW he won’t be. Attorneys like her are the reason why traumatized women stay in bad situations due to feeling we have no hope! My Ex has a felony class v stalking warrant for his arrest that they haven’t been able to execute for over a month and same with a restraining order that was put in place prior to that. I feel victimized all over again. Stay away from this attorney!

My first conversation with Todd (her office manager) who made legal representations, told me never to do use Sarah as an attorney.

I paid $325 for a consultation regarding an upcoming court appearance to maintain a temporary restraining order. She barely looked at the paperwork I had to complete for the court appearance, indicated that the original information in the request for a temporary restraining order was all that was needed. Her attitude was oh, well. The judge did not extend the restraining order, I am living under daily threat of a meth users return to my home and live in fear as I proceed with a divorce.

I was not happy with her at all. Communication was not there. Her work quality needed constant revising and was totally not on top of things

After reading about and following Larimer County Court Case No. 09JV15, I would have to say that Sarah Hubbard should be avoided for legal services. The simularities that exist between this case and the Tim Master's case are very simular. The end result of the Master's case was a payout of 10 million. Lets hope that this case does not result in the same kind of bill being sent to the taxpayers of Larimer County in the future because of this case.
