One word describes this "firm" ... INCOMPETENT. The "firm" is quick to take your money and then she and her incompetent staff will fail to deliver anything of value. Failed to notify us that we needed to be in court (would call on a Friady afternoon to advise of needing to be in court the following Mon at 0800). Failed to send a copy of judgements we "won" so my wife would have to travel to court and obtain documents because her staff was too busy or too inept to do so. We prevailed in a joint custody of my grandson ONLY because it was uncontested. The "firm" then tried to bill us for additional fee (above the $2500 we paid for non-contested custody). This was after she failed to send monthly statement as agreed to in our contract and her conduct in court was very unprofessional. I would avoid any involvement with this "firm".
