From the moment I first called her, she took on my case without hesitation and immediately started working on it. That alone speaks volumes about her dedication and heart. I can't put into words how thankful I was for Cori's services when she represented me and my children during a very difficult time in our lives. I felt that she was very knowledgeable in all areas of Family law and had many great connections to other professions who could help within the community. She was fair and direct in her communication and always over delivered on her commitments. She was very supportive but never sugar coated things, you could always count on her to tell it like it was . Her overall strategies really supported and fought for what was best for my children. In my opinion there are no winners or losers when it comes to family court however in my situation I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Life is good once again . Thank-you Cori !

Excellent at sorting through what's important and what's not and driving hard on the real issues. Supportive, but will push you when you need that. Good strategist, and amazing knowledge base. Great on parenting issues and very good on spousal abuse issues. Highly recommended, but busy, for good reason. I would not want her against me.

Great experience! Definitely the kindest and most sincere lawyer that I have met. We have high conflict and Cory was always calm, logical and understanding. She did not side with me on every issue but I appreciated her genuine concern. She only takes a few clients at a time.

Cori tried to help me with a custody battle. The defense submitted documents incriminating themselves and Cori never said a thing about it in court. Just to me after. She volunteered I pay more than I needed to "as a gesture" then got me absolutely the minimum time with a child who is being raised by his grandparents. While his mom goes off and lives her life. Later I find out that she is close friends with the defendants attorney and they have been sharing each others clients information. Which is illegal and they can lose their license for it. Then she sends me a bill charging me a huge amount for email time she didn't spend. Which I agreed to pay since I had no choice and as soon as I get the bill she starts calling me at work to pay it. Before the day is even over. I had already paid her thousands but she leaves a message with my secretary that I owe her money as if I am delinquent on a payment. She is more interested in her reputation than helping her clients.

I seperated with my partner in victoria and paid a 500 retainer in trust should i have extra difficulty with my ex, and when I did, she totally let me down. It was disgusting. I'm a single mom who needed help. It took her 3 months to make intitial contact with my ex, after her brief conversation with him she sent me an initial bill! I gave her 500 for nothing and never even met the witch

I arrived in Ms McGuire's office very disillusioned. I had been been working with another lawyer who, 6 years after the case was over, would not release a $4200.00 "in trust" fund that legally belonged to me. Cori McGuire not only got my money back to me but also did the work PRO-BONA - without charging me a cent for the work. She was curtious and respectful of me, even though I called her outside of office hours. I found her to be very knowledgable and competent. I checked around with other lawyers and was told that she is highly rated and valued as a leader in her field.

My husband and I had the very best experience with Cori McGuire. I would absolutley reccomend her for an honest, reliable, accessable and very understanding lawyer..She will put you/childrens needs at her utmost priority if warrented. She is understanding and easy to communicate with. Those of you that have expressed that she is rude or only in it for the money ect are obviously demanding or expecting unrealistic expectations of deception for a cruel unfair outcome. Cori McGuire will give you the best defense in my opinion for a FAIR litigation/mediation or advise you can get for your family or in your defense. Barry and Sue Paull

Notice how all positive comments sound like they are worded or written by a lawyer? Pretty suspicious to me. Not only did I experience her willing to push her legal boundaries as a lawyer. She was very rude to me as well and took it upon herself to escalate the situation between myself and former spouse in my opinion to keeps us from reaching an amicable agreement. She sent inaccurate emails out on my behalf that where riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. She also got my name wrong on a letter to my former spouses lawyer. Also often dates where dated for the previous year. Not only this but included information that I never said, I felt that she ad libber to escalate the situation. I am currently considering filing a formal complaint and just working on that as we speak but for now this must do.

Cori has continued to be very helpful, supportive, and knowledgable regarding our case. We have really appreciated the extra time and thought she put into helping us. I feel she has worked to save us money by advising us honestly when and how to handle a difficult legal situation. She has done her to make the best of a unfortunate situation.

Mrs. McGuire has good knowledge of family law and haas a great understanding of the importance of childerns needs to have access to both parents. Would recomend her to anyone I know.

If you are a father looking for a lawyer to stand up for your rights, this is not the lawyer for you!! She is really good at collecting her fee and telling you how good she is as a lawyer but that is the best you will get. She talks the talk but fails dismally at walking the walk!!!!
