This guy was the absolute worst attorney I ever had.!!!..he'd never call me back and when I finally flipped out on him, his Partner called me to calm me down and advised me of how he was and ignoring his clients was a ongoing theme with him.!!.He then calls me and tells me he doesn't feel I can pay him any further and quit.!!..I was never late on ANY payments with him and He had no right to do that.!! Total Dirtbag.!!.he failed ever step of the way in my case and sent a new atty in his firm to represent me at his first hearing and told me it was a slam dunk.!!.but failed to tell me that the judge gave me less than 3 weeks to pay a $14,000 judgement before he'd let me back into the case.!!!..I had to find out myself from reading a court order that was emailed to me by his secretary.!!!..Complete & Utter Failure as a Lawyer.!!!

Ethics violations out the Wazu at this firm. Stephen will lose your domestic violence case bar none. So what? I like to fight! The least this guy could do it protect me. Wish I never met him.

Absolutely corrupt. Collusion and coercion and demanded over eighty thousand dollars in my divorce to work with the adversary and judge and remove kids. Stay at home mother 20 years and made me pay attorney fees to a known with arrest records business ex husband. I was bullied and lost my home, my belongings and my kids. He puts you down and is it constant private meetings with judge and adversary. I was set up and will be making a very large complaint to NJ state bar and file federal complaints. He executed a mother and has destroyed four children’s lives. COMPLETE parental alienation he is a strong supporter of this to make money. CORRUPT - stay away.

Boasted about his 30 years of experience practicing law and alleged reputation. Demanded a $10,000 retainer fee for a 1 day in Court non criminal case. He's your best friend while padding his bill until he is unable to fleece you any longer, a typical attorney. He will even suggest you charge your credit card to obtain more fees. He had private conferences with the Judge and his adversary and will not disclose what occurred during these conferences, possibility of collusion exist. On Court day his lack of representation was disheartening. The Judge called for a private attorney meeting in his chambers. After exiting the Judges Chambers my attorney Mr. Fletcher relentlessly demanded I sign a list of demands hand written by his adversary otherwise he wanted another $5,000.00 to continue his representation. It is obvious his interest was only to obtain $$ and not representing me. I lost my case and I will continue to financially, psychologically and emotionally suffer the consequences.
