Unethical attorney!!! Hired him in fall of 2012 after my husband passed away. Never returned calls unless threatened with filing a complaint with bar. Recently found out after hiring another attorney to take over case that he never notified any of the unsecured creditors!! Ongoing Nightmare do yourself a favor do not hire this guy!!

If you are looking for an attorney do yourself A favor and go with anyone other than him.He makes appointments and never even shows up time after time 5-6 times in A row.Zero communication very incompetent! I had to hire another attorney to wrap mine up!He was A total NIGHTMARE!!!

Unfortunately, every review in regards to Kerry is completely accurate. There is no due diligence or communication on Kerry's part with his clients. Appointments are constantly cancelled or rescheduled three, four and even five times. Kerry will not respond to emails, and his poor secretary makes excuses for him constantly. This attorney is absolutely taking advantage of people who are in a very tough spot to begin with. Kerry was reprimanded by the bar once already, but clearly learned nothing from that.

My chapter 13 case has already been dismissed once because of him. He fessed up to the error and refiled, not a year later here we are again getting letters from the trustee telling us that the case is going to dismissed because our attorney has not filed paperwork required by federal law. He will not return our calls, and I am worried that we will be back to square one again and have to pay another attorney to take our case and refile the bankruptcy. I would avoid his law firm, if you can call it that at all cost.

I have waited 3 years for Kerry Willets to complete a simple personal injury case. He never follow through with appointments. He gets his poor secretary to make excuses for him. He is constantly sick at home with the flu. Or is helping his wife who is suppose to be sick. Or he is on vacation. He took over a year to complete my bankruptcy and that could have been completed in two months. He has not contacted me ONE time I have had to make all the efforts to initiate contact. He is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't use him again if he was the last therapist on earth. I have had to deal with unnecessary stress trying to get closure on something that could have been finished long ago. I can only hope that Karma gives him the crap he is giving others. DO NOT RETAIN Kerry Willets as your attorney, you WILL be sorry if you do and regret your decision.

Refuses to keep us informed. Bankruptcy case ongoing now for 2 years. Should have been done long ago. Hasn't even filed the complete paperwork yet. Will not return a phone call. Always changing appointment dates and never shows up for meetings. He even missed a court date. He should not be a lawyer.

He never finished our paperwork and our case has been dragging on for 2yrs now is on the brink of being dimissed. Lied to us about filing an appeal to stop the dismissle. Never filed anything. Should not be allowed to practice law. He is making a nice living on peoples hardships.

Never returns calls. I don't feel he handled my account satisfactory at all. Kept asking for more money but never did anything. As a fool, I gave him money. Now I have to put in a complaint with the bar association about getting my money back.

He is very unorganized I lost my case because he did'nt turn in my paystub's that i gave him. He then had the nerve to ask me for the amount to go back to court. The experince i had with him was horrible i spent two years back and forth for bankrucpty . i finally had to go to another attorney and start over. He wasted my money, my time and never would call me back I think he should be debarred
