Appointments always cancelled & calls never return. Never saw a bill showing a breakdown of charges, only the balance due, paid over 4500.00 with no & now has dropped my daughter asva client right before the divorce is to be finalized.

Ramona took my moms money and we got absolutely NOWHERE!! NEVER returns phone calls and NO communtcation. Would go months with no communication and not returning phone calls! In the end she told my mom there was nothing more she could do, however...she got our money! DO NOT recommend!

Took my money for a divorce $2500.00. I never signed or saw a fee chart schedule. My husband's lawyer was able to jump in and get things done and she was from another county. Ramona spent the $2500 and said I owed another $1500 and she had done nothing. WTH!!!I had to get it to her within 10 days or she would drop me as a client. She went out of town before Christmas and I had no contact with her until January 8, 2013, after I had sent her a letter that I dropped her. Left messages and no one called me back. It still took 10 days to type a 3 line letter. MONEY HUNGRY! DOES NOTHING! Likes to text and not talk to you over the phone. The only one that works in her office is Christa. I AM A PROFESSIONAL LADY and that is what I expected. She is non-chalent, thinks she is somebody and is the most pathetic lawyer in Shelby County. She was charging me additional fees, and I was never aware of it. I threw a fit and she dropped the additional fees, but my $2500 was wasted. :(
