He's a liar, he's a thief. He will twist any story around. He uses his past experience as a judge to bully his way. The most unethical lawyer in Missouri. If there is a good rating here, it's because he did favors for friends regardless how unethical it is. I've spoke to other lawyers in the area and every one of them has a story about Joes BS. Or you'll get an eye roll. His own daughter in law quit the firm because of his practices

Will take your money and then file a motion to be dismissed from your case. I have seen him do this to multiple clients of his and the Judge seems to be okay with him doing this . Don't use this law firm.

Very helpful and professional attorney that helped me out of a civil matter some years back and I'm grateful he did. I wonder if the other rater's comments are for the same law office as nothing could be further from the truth. Very professional and understanding throughout the entire process.

Bottom line. He only wants money. He will hurt everyone involved and very unethical. He caters to very bad people with money. Do not use his office.

I hired him to represent me in my divorce, and all he did was take my money and then file a motion to dismiss himself as my attorney. He secretaries never once gave me any of the paperwork that my husband filled out, nor did they keep me up to date as to what was happening in the case. None of them ever even told me what my husband accused me of in our marriage. I would warn anyone who is considering hiring him for an attorney, NOT TO HIRE HIM, unless you like to waste money and get nothing in return. I have been told to report him to the bar association and will be looking into that.
