This guy couldn't remember my name after asking my name multiple times and even writing it on his little notebook paper. He also was suspended for dishonesty by the ARDC.

Where to start! The first meeting was in a car in the parking lot behind his office because his employee didn't have a key. My employer was giving me a hard time and didn't want to pay me back pay and I was a sured by Mr. Danz that they would pay. More than a year later still no back pay, and it has been so long that Mr. Danz has forgotten everything about my case. He was asking me questions that I had asked him. At one point he even told me to call the opposing attorney and find out from him. My wrist is still not fixed, forced to settle from he lack of representation. He told me he was confused about my case when in the beginning I had a solid case with a considerable settlement coming. I should have received my check on 15 of Nov. It is the 9 of Dec still no check. His secretary mailed it to the wrong attorney to be processed. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Has too many ckients I think. He always says I will call you and never does It took 8 years to settle a personel case for me and I saw so many different lawyers that worked for him. One time he said he would meet with me and sent his driver.
