Mr Abrahamson would not provide evidence that he used to support his claim that no crime was committed against me in case 07M1017. Mr. Abrahamson sent me a letter that contained four lines of text, stating that he did his job. I was told that this letter should be used as a replacement for the file that I have a legal right to. Thus Mr. Abrahamson would rather have his prosecutors show they are capable of maniplulating the system to hide their incompetence. As not one prosecutor from his office asked for the evidence that others had reviewed and stated a crime was committed, this lack of ethics on the part of the Larimer County District Attorneys office should be used to prevent any of the current prosecutors from being recommended to be judges in any jurisdiction. The problems that come from this office have a negative effect on the view of justice in the 8th JD.

Mr. A. supports law enforcement practice of intimidating citizens to allow warrantless entries. Search warrants? Sign them later, or not at all. The obligation to uphold and protect 4th amendment rights cannot be understated.
