In short my experience with Jay Bloom has been excellent.Jay Bloom took my case was fair with me in his charges and proved himself to be an outstanding capable attorney, an ethical and decent human being in the process of winning my case. He has without a doubt earned my respect and continued business.Jay was not my first attorney and switching my council to Jay Bloom was the best thing that happened in my divorce. I am not a rich guy but Jay took my case and gave fought for me with skill and the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. In my view Jay is a guy with a hard wired desire to win, not because of his fee but because he doesn't just accept loosing as so many attorneys do. While Jay Bloom seems driven to win cases he does take the low road to win. He wants to win but in my experience he wins because he is a great attorney who carefully prepares and presents a well thought out case. I would refer family and friends to Jay Bloom without hesitation.

Very knowledgeable of the system, but unprofessional. Bends the laws to suit his needs, and doesn't respond to emails or calls unless he wants something.

I was mislead by Norm Katz to believe that Mr. Bloom represented Contract Law, and here he is listed as DIvorce/Family Law. Maybe that is why he never performed the simple task he was ask to do. He never returned calls, and when ask to perform a simple task, he wanted to expand the case. Translation: milk it for more billable time. The firm of Katz & Bloom should be avoided. Find a Lawyer and or Firm with a much better rating than these guys. It will save you money and aggravation today, and into the future. Very unhappy past client.
