i agree with the bad reviews. He is not a good lawyer in all regards. He ignores what the client says. He shows up late (and i suspect alcohol). He is disorganized. He is unreliable. He is unprepared. Save your time and your money and run fast, run hard. He is slow to respond to communications and often just ignores what is written.

Mark Klaiman is likely one of the best litigators around. He has acted for my daughter in a difficult situation as well as a few personal friends of mine. He handled both situations in a professional knowledgeable manner. It was obvious not only did he have the respect from the Crown but also the Judge. I would recommend Mr Klaiman to anyone. A true Professional

Rated Mark Klaiman based on my personal representation. Mark fabricated 2 hand written letters and back dated them in order to stop me from sueing him regarding his representation. Upper Canada Law Society(All Lawyers & pre trial judge)were very difficult to deal with and supported Mark Klaimans' fabrications. Be very very careful if you do utilize his services. He's a slippery one.
