Bad experience. Save your self the headache. if you want to know why, read the comment. Once he gets the money, he will start not responding to emails, I have to keep following up when I need something. I had to keep checking after him. issues 1- Many mistakes in the application. Mistake with the property address, I had to tell them about the mistake, they said they will correct it, but they didnt correct it in all of the documents. When I asked to correct it in all document, Habib said it cant be corrected, I called the LRO and they said it can be corrected. I had to tell him how to correct the mistake, and he said it is not his priority and he is busy(What, I paid money!.If you are busy,dont accept applications, or hire more). I am paying to get service,Im not getting this service for free 2- I gave him the property tax money so he pay it, he send me an email asking me to pay for taxes, Wait, what??! already gave you the money. I had to remind him and send him the emails about that

Overlooked an important information about a real estate deal that did cost me thousands of dollars! When issue found, he shrugged his shoulders and stated that there is no way he could have known this beforehand. Consulted 2 lawyers afterwards and were surprised that such an issue was overlooked.

Lack of professionalism and service expected from a layer. Four days to draft an offer to purchase. Unacceptable into Ottawa's thight market where real estate agent react in a matter of hours. Was not pro-active in bringing his knowledge to the table to help make the deal happen.
