He charges outrageous amounts for nothing in return except more trouble, lost time and money. Nothing was resolved and he simply did not care. We went to him with a blatant criminal/real estate matter. He was gun ho to help, and "we'll get the bad guy" kind of showmanship, but for a HUGE amount and asked for more even when nothing was even close to be resolved. We did the better part of the leg work FOR him and still nothing. Just more charges. We eventually ran out of money and gave up. In due time we were able to handle it all ourselves. We had no choice.

I have had terrible help from this fellow. Instead of a standard move-out form for a possible irrate renter, this fellow threw fuel on the fire by giving them the wrong 30 form, and gave them a 3-day, then ignored everyone and let the bullets fly. He has cost us time and money and resolved nothing.
