I have been a client of Elliott Bondurant since May, 1999. I have never had a bad experience being represented by Mr. Bondurant. He has always promptly returned my calls. He as always been extremely fair in his fees and billing and he has always come in much lower in fees than his original estimate provided to me. I have recommended several friends and family members who have used Mr. Bondurant as their attorney and they are also repeat clients now. To the negative reviews posted here: All I can say is that if you are not familiar with law practice and fees, then I can understand how you can be impatient with how slow things may sometimes move or have sticker shock with attorney fees. However, I can tell you that I have never had a disappointed outcome with Elliott as my lawyer and trust him completely for all of my legal needs.

Refuses to return calls or emails. Drags people into cases that should not be involved. Very unorganized & unprofessional. Will not stand up for his clients. He seriously should not be a lawyer.

Mr. Bondurant has many certificates on his wall and with 29 years of practice must be knowledgeable. At our initial meeting he appeared to be confident and an able "multitasker" as he perused legal books while hearing our story. He agreed to follow-up within a week. 2 weeks later I contacted him and he stated that he was just preparing the draft. 3 weeks later I called him again and he stated that he would've sent the draft but his secretary was out. When the draft arrived it left out pertinent info we had provided plus there was no clear estimate of fees. He stated that he would correct the draft but gave an estimate of $1K - $2.5K if all went perfectly. $1500 variation for a perfect case did not seem reasonable. I called him to let him know that I was going to terminate but was willing to discuss. He sent me a reasonable bill for services in lieu of discussing.
