He will call and talk about things that he should already know in order to increase the hours he can bill you for. He thinks he is clever by having you do his work and then he will bill you for it. He was unprofessional with me and he hang up on me when I challenge him or strongly express an opposite opinion. He seems to forget that he is employed by me (the client). He reported to an EEOC AJ that my legal fees were approx. $40K more than what I owed. When I decided to withdraw my complaint he said that there was "Money on the table" being offered by my Agency to settle. That made no sense because if this was the case the law firm could have settled my case 2 years prior. It is my opinion that Mr. Pitts -Wiley lacks integrity, is incompetent and needs to proof read the work product he presents to the an AJ. He lacked the necessary skills to negotiate a settlement in my case and the only "Money on the table" was the $40K he misrepresented in his brief to the AJ. A NO-GO
