Before I hired Mr. Gantzert, ICBC offered me a few thousand dollars to settle my client. Mr. Gantzert essentially held my hand through a long but worthwhile full investigation of my claim and ultimately obtained a settlement in the six-figure range. I don't know where I would have been without his help.

I kept my file with Mr. gantzert when he set up his own office and he got me a great settlement. It's not great having to pay a percentage of your settlement to a lawyer(that's why I gave a 4 under value, but all ICBC lawyer charge a percentage, so maybe that isn't fair) , but it was still better than trying to this on my own.
