Where's the ZERO rating?! I had similar 'experience' with mr. Smith refusing to communicate, move court matters, ignoring the fact we had a contract, passing me off to Mr. Bowman (they split that firm up) then another unknowledgeable associate and telling me to go find another attorney if I didn't like it. He offered my money back, filed withdrawal, got it and never returned a dime for the very little he did.

It has taken four months and I have still not received a courtdate. I have not seen my son since March 2010, and his father refuses visits that were set up by the court. Now I not only worry about my son I worry about a lawyer that I have paid to help me to see my son!!!! More headache than it is worth at this time. The lawyer allowed another attorney at the firm Mr.Bowman to contact me, he was a very rude gentlemen and did not understand my case or my reasons for being upset about not receiving a court date. He told me I could find another attorney, after I exclaimed, I just wanted a court date which is why I paid....TO GO TO COURT! I didn't pay to have someone tell me they would get me in front of a judge, and I didn't pay to hear excuses, I paid for counsel and a resolution.
