Our 16 year-old was charged with reckless driving. She is not the type of teenager to be reckless or ill-behaved. The first police officer on the scene wrote out a completely different rendition of the incident from the one my daughter described to him. Scott was able to get the charges dismissed. Scott Sumner is tenacious, an intensive listener and an elegant communicator. Highly Recommend!

Do not hire, you will be wasting your money! Scott did not seem to care about my case. Very little communication. Felt like I was bothering him when contacting him. I feel he could have had his facts more together for court
