What a terrible experience. I spoke with Calvin who asked me things a lawyer should know. He did not seem like someone that would work hard but instead was trying to take shortcuts instead. He does not seem to be professional at all. I look at the other reviews and it is likely he wrote.a positive one with so many negative ones and you can see that 2 positive ones were duplicate, meaning someone wrote 2 positive ones from their computer and they got caught doing that. This is a huge issue of integrity because it matches with the behaviour I witnessed as well.

Very unprofessional, and inexperienced. We lost $3000 due to lawyer's careless mistakes. Highly don't recommend them. The lawyers often give you attitude, and are reluctant to solve the client's problems and do not work well with other parties and agents that are involved. The response rate is slow and do not communicate well with clients.

When I first went with Calvin I thought this was the attorney for me...but soon after my deposit was made to retain his service I got the run around, phone tag and for some reason emailing was the only way to reach him but even then that was short lived so if you wish to spend your money on an attorney who likes to play hide and seek or a game of tag he's the one for you. Also would like to mention his secretary Jenny is great at her job as well she definitely must be getting paid well from him cause she'll respond to u if he tells u to but when they're sick of u be sure she will also start ignoring u as he has. Best advice I can give you if you decide to go with their firm still is make sure you record or document what they promise you whether it be voice recorder or in writing because they have the tendency to over promise and under deliver. They promise you anything and be confidant in their work to ensure your trust until that deposit comes in the disappearing act begins.

So terrible!! Calvin don't understand how to defend on my case even I retain a senior counsel to help him, finally I got FAILURE. He never listen to me and very tough. I can't community with him any more and when I discharge him , it's very hard to get money back. So bad experience and give me a lot of headache.

Most difficult closing ever! Calvin claimed he did not how to fill any of the standard forms and does not have email? What did he do for 18 years? Avoid at all costs! Google is better!

Employees (Ann and Lynn) at this law office are incompetent, rude, and lazy. If the mortgage instruction is slightly different from the cases they normally processed, they would only try to contact the mortgage center twice(as claimed by them), if they failed to obtain the answers, they would just stalled your case without even notifying you. Until you call them, you don't know your case is being on hold (indefinitely until you call them). When they are asked to submit an agreement, they would claimed they don't know how to fill out the information on the form (even though all the information is on the mortgage instruction, an amateur like me has no issue of locating the information from the instruction, these so called expert can't, LOL), and claimed it's not their responsibility to do this form. At the end, you will end up filling out the form all by yourself. So basically you will be paying them to give you orders to do their work. STAY AWAY, don't waste your money and time.

the employees at this office are very rude and not professional. They show no patient in listening to you and just hung up on you when they finish talking on the phone. Stay away from them!!! Definitely I will never refer any more client to them.

This lawyer is too busy to responsibly take care of your case. Constantly delays your case in the court and tries to make bad settlements to clear his backlog. :(
