I have an on going custody case. It has been nothing but stressful for myself as well as my child. All the options available to me for an attorney I am glad Dawn was recommended. She is very pationate about her job. She is a straight shooter. I love the upfront tells you how it is and how she is going to fix it and what our next step should be. She prepares you on what can happen. She cares about my son and she cares about our situation. She understands this convoluted system and how to make it work for the benefit of the child. It's a long process if you are dealing with someone that on the other side does not care about the child only about the money and sticking it to the other person. I thank her every time we end up in court. She gives me direction and piece of mind and thus far I have won in the best way possible.

Ms Riccardo handled my divorce. She was very thorough. She told everything that I could expect from our very first meeting. Everything went just as she said it would. I never felt rushed or like any question was too small (and I had many many questions). In spite of the fact that she had to push the other attorney to complete and file things (this was confirmed by the other party), everything was completed in less than a year. She did not allow it to be dragged out, which would have cost us a great deal more. I have referred friends to her already. I highly recommend Dawn Riccardo.

Very unprofessional.. openly admits she has no idea how she got threw law school. Has her sister along with her children and her sisters children running the office. VERY VERY unprofessional and dirty! Don't expect return calls > especially in the summer when her sister is home with her children or during the school year when its a snow day. Dawn with take your retainer fee and cash is the same day and then you hardly hear back from her in regards to your case > with all of her postponements it takes months upon months to get anything done. My advice would to be look for another Attorney if at all possible. One last thing > she may represent your case > But ones she feels there is nothing else she can do > Dawn just ignores all of your calls and letters.

Claims to kmow more about the law than she does. Gives false hope for impossible results. Does her job by mudslinging and creating conflict. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Actually did more harm to my case than good. BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE!

$3000 retainer $1000 in a month--what she did - nothing - when we needed her for court she claimed sickness..then 3 months after dropping us she sends a bill for work done after that. Stay away from this one....She was a greater disappointment because she was a woman.
