I retained Mitchell Wilensky to probate my father's Estate, which turned out to be a very time consuming and complicated one. From the moment I first contacted him, and even before I actually retained him, he patiently explained the whole process to me and answered all of my many questions. I then turned everything over to him, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. He handled the entire Estate in a professional, competent manner. He was always available by phone or email and took a huge burden off my shoulders. I couldnt be more satisfied. It was an extremely stressful and emotional time for me and he did all he could to assist me in every way. I found him to be extremely experienced, honest and anxious to conclude everything as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

It was pure good luck that 2 yrs. ago we found Mitchell Wilensky. Throughout the process Mr. Wilensky kept us informed. It was for us a new procedure and Mitchell patiently went over each procedure patiently making sure we understood what was happening. He always encouraged us to contact him with questions and we did. His experience in probate and estate law really helped our family settle a cl0se relative's estate in the NYC area.I almost made the mistake of hiring an attorney who said he was experience with New York probate but he was just a couple of years out of law school and was really a jack of all trades. I would highly recommend the Wilensky law offices - you will get a dependable, honest hard working lawyer.

Mr. Wilensky did an outstanding job in handling the probate and settling of a relative's estate. He is very knowledgeable of the law and was able to tackle some very thorny problems. He was easy to talk with and contact and his staff was always respectful and friendly. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone with an inheritance case in New York

This attorney, fails to communicate important needed facts and uses the client to do all the leg work. Thus, getting paid for little to no work! Its been approx. two years since the death of my relative, and it seems we are in the same place since we obtained his counsel ten months ago. Maybe, I'm ignorant to the estate and probate proceedings but the lack of work and communication is unacceptable, I shouldn't have to chase him in order to make things happen. He received a retainer at the very first meeting.
