I found Walker Law both good and horrible. Tanya is good at discovery, but has really bad employees when it comes to contracts or agreements. The main issue is that she did a bait and switch on me for the cost to get something done at the beginning. Then when I asked for a quote to file something with the court they previously prepared, she charged me for the quote. The bill was higher for the quote than what the actual work would cost! When I said this isn't right, I just wanted a quote, she charged me a second time to review it. Held my files as ransom until I paid her BS invoice. Unethical to the extreme! Would never use her again or recommend her.

Tanya Walker doesn’t not represent her clients properly. When you are supposed to win the case you end up losing and losing big like your home during COVID. And the person who is in the wrong wins because of her lack of ability to fight the case properly. If you are looking for a pit bull lawyer don’t go to her. She doesn’t possess that quality so your wasting your time and money. She talks a good talk but has nothing to back it up. Once she realizes that you have caught on to her nonsense she quickly tries to file a motion to remove herself from the case. This is a cowardly move. And then tries to serve the documents to the house which she helped you lose. She does not represent her people (black people) in a good way. She’s always bragging about her years as a lawyer but it doesn’t show in the results as a so called experience lawyer would have. I have wasted thousands of dollars on her in legal fees. Please don’t do the same. She’s not even good enough to walk a dog! STAY AWAY !!
