This guy actually represented a trust of which I was a beneficiary and then represented the trustee in suiing the beneficiaries for a declaration that no trust existed. Actually saw no ethical problem with this! Possesses the ethics of a snake and has such an excessive opinion of himself that he handles legal issues he is unqualified to handle to the detriment of the client and then demands a large fee. He goes to the homes of terminally ill individuals to help unethical relatives pressure unduly and extracts signatures on documents when he knows the individual is not capable of giving knowing consent. Completely sleazy and creepy in his conduct and greedy beyond description.
