This lawyer is very very slow. Also, it appears she has limited knowledge regarding Family Law and formulas associated with such matters. I believe she makes decisions off the top of her head without any proper research. If your ex hired her, consider yourself lucky!

Suzanne E. Deliscar in Brampton, Ontario, the so-called lawyer-linguist, is not a lawyer, but a brazen translator of lies! My experience with her is a nasty pain in the butt! This woman is PAINFULLY SLOW (e.g., said to give me a receipt of the retainer within 24 hours, but did so only after 12 good days; said to file and serve in 3 days, but did so only after 30 days), giving various feeble excuses (actually simple LIES), such as “I had numerous emergency court appearances”, “I am too busy with my tri-lingual translation business”. Because of her persistent foot-dragging & prevarication, she was too late to serve my ex, wasting my time and money. I FIRED this gypster after wasting nine good months and thousands of dollars, with most squandered on normally unnecessary inquiring emails. I wish I had never hired this con artist in the first place! If you are serious about getting your case settled in a timely manner and reclaiming your peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hoodwinker!

It appears that once a clients cheque is cashed, she feels no obligation to communicate at all. Leave all the messages that you want but don't expect a single reply.
