Boca Raton title attorney James B. Hayes, 57, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to two counts of making false statements on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development real estate settlement forms.
During his plea hearing, Hayes admitted to misappropriating more than $2.7 million.
