Mrs. Best is a true professional and did everything possible to best represent me in my case. I am a disabled US Army combat Veteran and was at all times treated with dignity and respect. I recommend Mrs. Best to anyone needing legal services. Mrs. Best will get results and will always ensure that you are provided the best services available. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. This is the place you want to be.

The other reviewer had a different experience than I did. I have found Ms. Best is able to explain things very well and can give advice with choices, and then let me know what my choices might result in. While there are sometimes typos in the pleadings, I was given the opportunity to review them before they were filed, and I missed them, too. As for value, she has one of the lower retainers around and worked with me on a payment plan. I do talk to her assistant more than her, but it costs me less to talk to the assistant, and I get answers from the assistant who has gotten them from Ms. Best. I have recommended Ms. Best to friends and family.

Susan is the worst attorney I have ever had. She never calls you, you talk to her secretary and she never listens to anything you say plus never files the correct documents on time. I lost my child because of her. DON'T EVER USE HER OR RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE SHE'S THE WORST ATTORNEY POLK COUNTY COULD HAVE!!!
