I agree totally with the last comment.this guy completely sold out on me. did absolutely nothing to help me, let the opposition tear me apart. at the end he let it slip that he was friends with the opposing lawyers! I found out too late he has a reputation for this. this was even confirmed by a lawyer at his own firm. hes a real game player, but watch out , hes probably playing for himself, not for you.not to be trusted, beware.

Terry is one of the most useless people you would ever want to meet. He had great hair and a great tailor, and a pleasant softspoken manner, but he is basically just too damn lazy to care anymore. He doesn't show up for court at his cases, doesn't keep track of what is going on with various actions, and generally is like someones lovable but demented uncle in most situations. Do not expect anything from Terry at all, other than for him to be pleasant and "look good" when he is representing you. But as for vigor of defense, you might as well have a plastic mannikin.
