My ex and I retained this attorney to help us divide up a couple of assets we did not know how to value and file our uncontested divorce paperwork. He then convinced my wife to hire him exclusively, drug us to court, cost us well over $80,000 in total attorney fees and over $150,000 more in lost revenue that would have been split. He lost our paperwork three times, delayed our divorce over four years, and so irritated my initial attorney with his nonresponsiveness she quit and I had to get a second attorney. In short he made bitter enemies out of my ex and me and turned what was an unpleasant experience into a financially devasting nightmare. Worse, the whole family practice legal community hates to do business with him because he is obtuse simply to run up his legal fees without any benefit to his clients or their exes. If you want to punish yourself and your ex this is the one to hire. Otherwise walk, don't run.
